Thanksgiving Event 2025

The Thanksgiving 'Event' was a minor update that commenced on November 21st, 2025 and ended December 14th. The update included QOL and new weapons purchasable in the shop.

Overview[]

The update introduced design changes, UI improvements, General improvements and 3 limited time items: an effect, knife and an emote and 1 permanent power. Each can be obtained by purchasing them with a set amount of coins . It is one of the few events that uses the coin currency to get rewards.

Nikilis sent a message in the MM2 Discord server describing in detail what was updated in the game:

Shop UI rewrite with new features
Limited time item support
- Better discoverability of some items like item bundles
- Improve UX on phone and console

3 new limited time Thanksgiving items in the shop
- Stickers knife (Thanksgiving themed)

New perk: “Decoy”
Candy exchange item will be available until Christmas update
Murderer walk speed increased from 16 to 17 while holding the knife out, allowing murderers to catch up to innocents without Haste (Haste is unchanged at 18 walk speed). This is an experimental feature that we are testing and we may look at removing it if it doesn't go well.
