The March 2020 Update was an update that was introduced to Murder Mystery 2 on March 5, 2020.
Description[]
In this update, a new interactive map was introduced. Interactive maps added on-screen GUI that allowed players to perform several unique actions. Some examples of interactive maps included: the new Research Facility, Bank 2, and Workshop. Other than the new maps, other new features were: a death effect toggle, a gamepass weapon, a mystery box, improved gun mechanics, and bug fixes.

Mystery Box 2 was the new box added in the March 2020 update. This was the very first crate to contain two Chroma godly weapons. This box contained Clown gun, Shaded, Lovely, Leaf, Biogun, Graffiti, High Tech, Nightfire, Deep Sea, Splash, Darkbringer, Lightbringer, Chroma Darkrbringer, and Chroma Lightbringer.
Research Facility[]

Research Facility was the new interactive map that was added in this update. Players could cause all doors to be closed in an emergency, scan others' roles in a scanner, clone themselves, teleport, and more. Some functions were in the original MM1 map TheLab. Many other maps that had interactive features were changed to have better game performance.
Bioblade Gamepass[]

The Bioblade Gamepass was a gamepass that was purchasable for 1699 Robux, although its price was initially 2499 Robux. The gamepass only contained a godly knife called Bioblade.
