Hospital (MM1) is the original version of Hospital added in July 2014. It would then get slightly updated in MM2 before being revamped to Hospital (originally called Hospital 2).

- This map had the future Default Knife in it before the Default Knife was added to the game
- This is the first map to have Loleris, another murder game creator, featured in it. Loleris would later be in other Hospital maps.
