The current Emotes icon.

Emotes are a cosmetic feature in Murder Mystery 2 designed to entertain players. They do not possess or grant any special abilities to users.

Every emote has to be left clicked to cause an effect. Exceptions may apply to certain emotes.

Floss	When using this emote your character starts flossing. The floss originated from the "backpack kid" and was later added in the game Fortnite after it gained popularity.	Buy in Shop (750 Diamonds )
Spray Paint	Have a spraying bottle containing paint in the inventory. You can use this to spray graffitis on walls and floors in maps. There is also a place to insert ID to search for different kinds of decals. There is only a decal which searching is not needed, saying "ROBLOX".	Buy in Shop (750 Diamonds )
GG Sign	Have a gg (good game) sign in the inventory.	Buy in Shop (100 Diamonds )
Ninja Rest	When using this emote your character will stand on one arm while moving back and forth.	Buy in Shop (2,600 Coins )
Prank Bomb	Have infinite prank bombs in the inventory. The prank bomb will explode into confetti after several seconds.	Buy in Shop (4,800 Coins )
Firefly Jar	Have a firefly jar in the inventory. You will release fireflies. Takes around 10 seconds cooldown.	Buy in Shop (1,600 Coins )
Sit	When using this emote your character will be in a sitting position with their legs splayed out, their head will be moving side to side.	Buy in Shop (800 Coins )
Chocolate Milk	Have a cup of chocolate milk in the inventory.	Buy in Shop (400 Coins )
Pizza	Have infinite pizza slices in the inventory.	Buy in Shop (400 Coins )
Ice Cream	Have an ice-cream in the inventory.	Buy in Shop (400 Coins )
Teddy Bear	Have a teddy bear in the inventory. Also known, to be the main protagonist to the go through wall glitch.	Buy in Shop (600 Coins )
Dab	Makes you Dab	Buy in Shop (2800 Coins )
Headless	Takes your avatars head off then puts it on	Halloween Event 2018 (tier reward)
Zombie	Makes you look like a Zombie	Halloween Event 2018 (tier reward)
Zombie Friend	Left clicking moves the zombie around your body and also makes a zombie roar	Halloween Event 2019 (tier reward)
Treat Bucket	Left clicking moves the bucket to your mouth and makes a nom sound	Halloween Event 2019 (tier reward)
Toy Candy	A candy with colors from the Candy currency in Halloween Event 2019. Small chance to get a fire variant.	Halloween Event 2019 (tier reward)
Toy Token	Exact same as the Snow Token currency during the Christmas events.	Christmas Event 2019 (tier reward)
Snowball	Throwable snowball during the Christmas 2020 event. Right click to throw.	Christmas Event 2020 (tier reward)

Trivia

• Even though they do not have any special abilities to the gameplay, using emotes can give some disadvantages to innocents.
  • For example, pulling out the firefly jar will emit a light that helps the murderer to know where you are and exposing your spot. Hiding with a prank bomb sticking on you is also not smart, as it will explode into confetti anytime.
  • Pulling out emotes items may cause paranoid sheriffs to shoot you too, as they may think you are pulling out a knife.
• However, they can also give advantages.
  • Using the sit emote can help players to hide in spots that usually do not hide one's body entirely.
  • Using the prank bomb on another player can attract the murderer to the player allowing you to escape.
  • There is a common glitch where a murderer can pull out a teddy bear and a knife at the same time. This glitch works effectively with small knives such as splitter, deathshard or ghost.
  • The teddy bear can also be used to abuse another glitch which allows the player to go through a thin wall, such as in Hospital 3, but this has been patched.
