The Christmas Event 2016 was an event that commenced on December 25th, 2016 and concluded on January 13th, 2017.

Tutorial

The tutorial in Santa's Workshop.

Players could complete a tutorial provided by Saint Nikilis to learn the process of making toys and trading them in as wrapped presents for rewards, which was the main focus of the event. Each toy would reward a set amount of Blue Tokens . However, Game System on the other hand would reward Red Tokens instead when traded in. These tokens could then be used to purchase items from Santa's Workshop.

Santa’s Workshop was the shop used during this event. Here, you could purchase items using either Diamonds or Blue Tokens , or exchange toys for Blue Tokens (exchanging Game System would give 5 Red Tokens ).

1 Red Token could be converted to 50 Blue Tokens , and vice versa.

Wrapping paper could also be purchased here, but only with Gems . Wrapping paper was used to wrap toys before being traded in to give players the opportunity to earn more Blue Tokens. There were three different kinds of wrapping papers; Red Wrapping Paper , Purple Wrapping Paper and Gold Wrapping Paper .

Salvaging

Salvaging was a key factor during this event. Players could salvage weapons of any rarity between common and legendary to earn different toy parts. These toy parts were then materials players could use to craft recipes. For example, salvaging a rare weapon would provide one skateboard part.

Recipes in this event were used to craft toys, wrapped toys, or weapons. Each recipe provided a set of required materials needed to craft the desired item.

Toy Crafting & Selling

After players obtain the required materials to craft toys using their respective recipes, players could sell them, wrapped or not, in Santa's Workshop for Blue Tokens . The better wrapping paper used, the more Blue Tokens earned. The Red Wrapping Paper provided a x1 Blue Token multiplier, the Purple Wrapping Paper provided a x2 Blue Token multiplier, and the Gold Wrapping Paper provided a x3 Blue Token multiplier.

• A building in the event's lobby features a hidden Slouse shrine inside.
• This was the only event to use the unique Blue Token and Red Token currencies.
  • Furthermore, this was the only event to use two unique token currencies.
• This was the first event to introduce the ancient rarity.
• It also was the first event to introduce the concept and function of toys.
• This is the first event to NOT have one, single gingerbread-related weapon that can be obtainable during the event.
