Blue Tokens were a special type of currency in Murder Mystery 2 that were only used during the 2016 Christmas Event. They could be been collected by crafting Wrapped Toys and handing them into the Christmas Shop. The better wrapping paper you used to wrap the toy, the more blue tokens you would receive.
