- When equipped, it emits a blue fire. If a player is killed with this effect, their whole body will turn black and a blue fire effect will appear on the body. Giving it the effect that it's burnt, and in flames.
- Other versions of this are the Pink Flaming Knife, Rainbow Flaming Knife, and Green Flaming Knife.
- In the icon the knife's guard is blue, meaning the guard on the other flaming knives icons depend on the the colour of the fire.
