Batswarm is an effect that was originally obtainable by obtaining the teddy bear in the attic in Scary Mode during the 2020 Halloween Event. It is now unobtainable as the event has since ended.

With this effect equipped, the players knife will be surrounded by a swarm of bats, hence the name.
